Aspirin and Cancer Metastasis Prevention: A Breakthrough Cambridge Discovery
 
Researchers at the University of Cambridge have discovered a mechanism by which aspirin could hinder the spread of certain cancers. Their work indicates that aspirin achieves this by reducing the production of thromboxane A2, a clotting factor that suppresses immune cells known as T cells.
